Shine Community Football project

Shine Community Project is running a weekly football session for the children and youths from the inner-city and St Pauls community. These sessions aim to improve footballing skills, have a positive impact on the children as they transition into young adults, give them a sense of pride both in their community and themselves by offering them a chance to represent them in occasional fixtures.
The sessions takes place on Tuesday evenings at St Paul’s Adventure Playground starting at 16:45pm and finishing at 17:45pm. The sessions are for children aged 9-14 with a weekly cost of £2. The aspirations of these sessions is to work with and bring all of the Adventure playgrounds across Bristol together to compete in regular friendly and competitive fixtures, with a view of branching out in to other sports, not just football.
